Coming in at a svelte like 38mm wide and weighing just 16kg, the Philips 42PES0001D 'Essence' LCD has been designed to satisfy consumer demand for an ultra stylish wall mounted flat panel TV.
With just a single cable (includes power) between the connectivity hub and screen, clutter is reduced to a minimum. To help with installation Philips have added a self-levelling bracket which will ensure the TV is perfectly horizontal.
All of this style however does not come at the expense of substance. Under the hood is Philips' Perfect Pixel HD Engine along with a 2ms response time and 100Hz processing. There is a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and the 42PES0001 is DLNA compliant.
