Pioneer have introduced their high end LX03BD Home Cinema system which features the company's BDP-LX08 standalone Blu-ray player along with a 5.1-channel AV receiver.
Designed to complement Pioneer's KURO range of plasma and LCD TV's, the LX03BD sports 'intelligent' touch sensitive buttons that automatically light up as your hand approaches. The LX03BD is compatible with with your iPod for lossless music transfer.
The Blu-ray player can decode Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS 5.1, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS HD, Dolby TrueHD, and features Pioneer's Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System that analyses a room's acoustic characteristics and adjusts settings accordingly. DivX and MP3 standards are also supported.
