Compact Home Cinema with Philips CinemaOne

For those of you who want a complete home cinema system but have a limited amount of space, Philips may have the answer with their CinemaOne.

The CinemaOne is a complete home theatre system that combines a DVD and CD player, an iPod dock, a four channel amplifier and a subwoofer all into a single box measuring just 273(w) x 172(h) x 273(d)mm.

The Philips CinemaOne aims to provide an authentic surround sound experience with six precisely angled speakers which are positioned around its body along with a 4” subwoofer built into the base of the unit.

Designed primarily for smaller spaces like the living room of a student apartment, the bedroom, or in the office. The CinemaOne can process Dolby Digital, DTS, MPEG2 multichannel or stereo sound tracks and DivX, Mpeg and WMV movie formats

The CinemaOne will arrive in the UK early 2009 for around £200.
