Panasonic's TX37LZD81 LCD TV joins the 32in model to offer built in Freesat capability.
With around 80 Standard Definition (SD) stations along with the BBC's trial HD channel and ITV's HD channel, Freesat is a free-to-view satellite based service which offers around 97% UK coverage.
The Freesat service requires users to install a dish and set-top box (PZ81 models from Panasonic have the set-top box built-in). Satellite subscribers wishing to use the service may be able to use their existing kit.
The TX-37LZD81 offers a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution along with the latest incarnation of Panasonic's picture processing technology, V-Real Pro 3. With 3 HDMI inputs (v1.3), 2 Scarts connectivity is as good as you would expect, and there is also a useful SD memory card slot.
