With the introduction of 26in and 37in models in the UK, Sony's V series of LCD TV's now offer a choice of six screens. The V4000 range also includes 32in, 40in, 46in and 52in models.
The V4000 series benefit from the latest incarnation of Sony's picture processing engine 'Bravia Engine 2' (26in has Bravia Engine) and the new screens also come equipped with 24p true cinema along with 3 HDMI inputs. Apart from the 26in panel they all feature Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolutions.
As a step down model from the W4000 series of LCD TV's the V4000 series loses USB picture frame functionality, WCG-CCFL backlight, 10bit video processing and xv colour.
