Packaged in appealing mock suitcase special edition boxed sets, Warner Studios is launching limited edition Blu-ray and HD DVD versions of the complete series of Harry Potter films.
The launch of the limited edition boxed sets coincides with the general release of the latest Harry Potter film, "Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix"
Although both format versions share some features such as 'Magic of Editing' and 'The Hidden Secrets of Harry Potter' documentaries, more notable are their different offerings in terms of extras.
In-Movie experiences such as the cast from Dumbledore's Army sharing memorable moments, and web-enabled features including the facility to select favourite scenes and form clips into a montage for online sharing are exclusive to HD DVD; while Blu-ray offers a selection of featurettes and production diaries.
No word yet on prices or exact release dates, but expect them in UK shops by the end of November.
